While she works with people of all ages, Cyndi specializes in helping older adults (those 55+), senior citizens, and their caregiver families navigate the unique challenges that face boomers and seniors when they contemplate a late-in-life move. The financial, emotional, and logistical issues faced by older adults are unique and demand a specially-trained real estate agent who understands the complexities of such a move.
To best provide that hand-crafted service, Cyndi has invested a tremendous amount of time and energy in ensuring that she is educated and positioned to eloquently help older adults and their caregiver families. She has undergone a rigorous course of training and continuing education to achieve the exclusive designation of Certified Senior Housing Professional (CSHP) from The Seniors Real Estate Institute. In fact, as a standout student of the course with demonstrated success in working with senior clients, Cyndi now serves as a Seniors Real Estate Institute master trainer, conducting classes for other real estate agents interested in becoming CSHPs.

Additionally, Cummings holds the designation of Senior Real Estate Specialist® (SRES) from the National Association of Realtors and is an approved trainer for SRES courses in Texas.
Cyndi is a founding member of the Austin Senior Resource Alliance, a collection of local, senior service businesses and groups focused on providing Austin seniors with information on area resources for older adults, and is a Certified Senior Advisor (CSA) of the Society of Certified Senior Advisors.
“My goal always is to customize a plan for the senior that takes into account their current living situation and overall life plan,” says Cummings. “Whether a senior is considering a move from a family home to a smaller apartment, mother-in-law cottage, or retirement community, I work to provide the family with a variety of options to reduce out-of-pocket expense or defer income streams to help the senior either remain independent or be eligible for financial assistance possibilities.”
A graduate of Oregon State University with a degree in Business Administration, Cyndi honed her marketing skills working for Microsoft and Apple Computer Corporation. Today, she utilizes that marketing ability to make buying or selling a house a successful, stress-free endeavor for clients in communities including Austin, Georgetown, Lakeway, Lake Travis, Dripping Springs, Cedar Park, and Round Rock.

Cameron brings over ten years experience into the real estate market here in Austin. Growing up in the Lake Travis area, Cameron’s whole family is devoted to residential real estate. After graduating from Lake Travis High School, Cameron found it was only natural he follow his parents’ footsteps, and he dove into being a residential real estate specialist himself. In 2017, Cameron was named “Top Producer with his former brokerage. He loves going above and beyond for his clients. Cameron is not only a full-time devoted Realtor, but he is a talented musician and athlete.
