The landscape of the real estate market has gone through significant changes over the last year. Home prices are still considerably higher in many places compared to pre-pandemic prices. In addition, we saw a significant increase in interest rates in 2022. Throw in a lack of inventory in many places, job uncertainty for some, and we have seen a market slowdown across much of the U.S. If you’re wondering where the home sales have slowed most, read on for the top 10 cities. It is never too early to start planning your next vacation! One of the best parts about lake vacations is the number of activities and the fact that they can be enjoyed year-round. We limited our rankings to only the single largest increase and decrease per state, in order to ensure geographic diversity.
